Return Policy

If the buyer faces an issue regarding wrong delivery or non delivery of the products he can mail us at ganeshproducts1@gmail.com or info@ganeshproducts.com or contact us on: 91 98302 51700 / 98302 51800

If proper evidences are not provided with 48 hours of the delivery of the products, we can cancel the return and shall not be liable for the wrong delivery or non delivery of the product.

We shall ship the order within 7 business days from the date of order.

Replacement Policy

All food products are non-returnable. However if the buyer receives damage product then he has to mail us along with the picture as evidence at info@ganeshproducts.com.

If the buyer fails to send picture within 48 hours of the delivery of the product then replacement shall not be entertained. After receiving the information we have all the right to cancel the replacement of the products if proper evidence is not received.
